【摘要】 目的 探讨三向瓣膜式PICC导管置管术对预防诺维本化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法 随机将60例乳腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用浅静脉普通套管针穿刺，观察组采用美国巴德三向瓣膜式PICC导管输注诺维本。结果 对照组静脉炎发生率(80%)明显高于观察组(7%)，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 美国巴德三向瓣膜式PICC置管可明显降低诺维本所致静脉炎的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of inserted PICC tube in preventing phlebitis caused by navebine.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group and control group.Control group were treated by means of superficial vein integrated catheter puncture,while experimental group were infused with Navelbine by inserted PICC tube of American Bard.Results In control group,the rate of phlebitis(80%) was obviously higher than that of experimental group(6.7%).There was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Inserted PICC tube is obviously effective in preventing phlebitis caused by navebine. ......
