【摘要】 目的 探讨腺样体切除治疗非化脓性中耳炎疗效观察。方法 对18例伴有腺样体肥大的非化脓性中耳炎，行腺样体切除术，其中12例行腺样体刮出术，6例行鼻内镜下、鼻窦切割吸引器下腺样体切吸术，同时行鼓膜按摩，9例同时行扁桃体切除术，2例行鼓膜置管。结果 治愈11例，好转5例，无效2例，有效率88%。结论 腺样体增大是引起儿童渗出性中耳炎的主要原因之一，临床上手术切除腺样体是治疗儿童渗出性中耳炎的重要方法之一。
