【摘要】 目的 研究肺结核化疗期类赫氏反应的临床特征。方法 对肺结核病人的临床资料回顾分析。结果 类赫氏反应发生在经痰确诊的初治病人大量排菌着的化疗初期，随着痰菌阴转，X线有明显变化。新发病多为渗出病变，部分病人有高热、胸痛、淋巴结增大，新出现胸水。结论 了解类赫氏反应的特征及与耐药肺结核的鉴别是很重要的。
