【摘要】目的：探讨手推法对肝脏CT增强效果的影响。方法： 临床怀疑有肝脏疾患而在我院行手推法肝脏增强扫描536例,观察腹主动脉、下腔静脉、正常肝实质在动脉期、门脉期、实质期的信号强度。结果：手推法一次造影成功520例。结论：手推法在肝脏CT增强中能取得良好效果，而且简单、准确、安全、可靠,更适于基层医院广泛应用。规范操作, 提高护理质量是检查成功的关键。
