【摘要】 目的 观察较小剂量131I加中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效。方法 对本组35例甲状腺功能亢进症病人，采用较小剂量131I加中西医结合的方法进行治疗。结果 临床总治愈率80.0%，总有效率100%，早发甲减2.8%。结论 应用较小剂量131I加中西医结合的综合治疗方法，是治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的一种有效、可行的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness on hyperthyroidism patients treated with low dose radioactive iodine therapy combining with traditional Chinese medical science.Methods 35 hyperthyroidism patients were treated with the method.Results The clinical totall curative rate and effective rate were 80.0% and 100% respectively. The incidence of the early induction of hypothroidism were 2.8%.Conclusion It is an effective and practicable method for hyperthyroidism patients to be treated with rather low dose radioactive iodine therapy combining with traditional Chinese medical science.
