【摘要】目的：对比研究流浪乞讨精神病人与一般住院精神病人临床特点、躯体情况、实验室检查、疗效、用药及消耗有何异同点，探讨此类病人的最好解决方式。方法： 使用自制量表对2004年3月-2006年2月83名流浪乞讨精神病人与一般住院精神病人76例对比分析，使用U检验及T检验。结果：流浪乞讨精神病人临床表现以行为障碍为主(占73.5%)，42.2%伴有皮肤软组织的损伤，实验室检查有血常规、钾离子、肝肾功能、心肌酶的明显改变。治疗效果不理想，平均消耗明显增高。结论：此类病人躯体状况差，疗效不满意，并且政府投入很大。所以如何合理解决将是我们要面对的问题。

    The clinical analysis of the beggarly arrant psychopaths of Panyu district

    【Abstract】Objective：To compare the beggarly arrant psychopaths and normal resident psychopaths with clinical characteristic, body symptom, laboratory results, the medicine treatment effect, expense. Discussion the best solution. Methods:Select 83 beggarly arrant psychopaths and 76 normal resident psychopaths from 2004-3_2006-2 and use self-made charts to contrast analyze, use T examination and U examination.Results: The clinical symptom of beggarly arrant psychopaths is by behavior disorder primarily (account for 73.5%), with skin soft tissue injure account for 42.2%, the laboratory results show that blood regular test , potassium ion test, liver and kidney biochemistry test and the cardiac muscle enzyme all change badly. The treatment isn't satisfaction .The average expense is so high.Conclusions: Towards these type of psychopaths, the body symptom is worse, and the treatment for these psychopaths is not satisfaction, and the government expense is so high. So we have to find the reasonable solution. ......
