【摘要】目的：观察氯米帕明合用奎硫平治疗强迫症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法： 将强迫症患者65例随机分为三组，分别用氯米帕明合并奎硫平、氯米帕明合并氯丙嗪及单用氯米帕明治疗8周。用强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)评定疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评价不良反应。结果：合用奎硫平组和合用氯丙嗪组均显著提高显效率(P<0.05)，4周后Y-BOCS评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05)，合用奎硫平组氯米帕明剂量较单用组低(P<0.05)，且不良反应低(P<0.05)。结论：奎硫平是较好的强迫症增效剂，疗效较好，不良反应轻。

    A controlled study of chlorimipramine combined with Quetiapine in treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the efficacy and side-effect of chlorimipramine with Quetiapine for the treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods:Patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder were randomly assigned to take chlorimipramine combined with Quetiapine, chlorimipramine combined with chlorpromazine, or chlorimipramine singly for 8 weeks. Efficacy was assessed in Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive psychiatrists rating-scale. Side-effect was assessed in Tess.Results: Chlorimipramine combined with Quetiapine Treat-patients and chlorimipramine combined with chlorpromazine Treat-patients demonstrated significantly improvement (P<0.05), Score on Y-BOCS demonstrated significantly decrease 4 weeks later compare to pre-treatment (P<0.05), Doses of chlorimipramine in chlorimipramine combined with Quetiapine group is lower compare to single group (P<0.05), and side-effect is lower (P<0.05).Conclusions: Quetiapine is a synergist of obsessive-compulsive disorder, it is effective and side-effect is lower . ......
