【摘要】 目的 探讨腰穿脑脊液置换治疗老年蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的疗效及安全性。方法 选择老年蛛网膜下腔出血患者共60例，作为观察对象，随机分两组，观察组30例行腰穿脑脊液置换治疗，另30例作为对照组，两组进行疗效观察。结果 观察组死亡率低，严重并发症少，脑血管痉挛(CVS)、再出血、正常颅压脑积水(NPH)明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 腰穿脑脊置换治疗老年蛛网膜下腔出血安全有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety and effects of cerebrospinal fluid replacement for subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) by lumbar puncture in the aged.Methods 60 patients with SAH were selected into two groups at random including 30 cases treated with lumbar puncture to cerebrospinal fluid replacement as therapy group，and the other 30 cases as control group.Results Compared with the control group，the therapy group had a significantly low mortality rate，less severe complications and a significantly low rate of cerebrovascular spasm(CVS)or hemorrhage reccurrence of normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH)(P<0.01).Conclusion Lumbar puncture to cerebrospinal fluid replacement is both a safe and effective treatment for SAH in the aged. ......
