【摘要】目的：探讨支撑喉镜下喉显微手术在临床上的应用。 方法： 经喉插管全身静脉复合麻醉支撑喉镜下喉显镜外科手术78例，局麻手术28例。结果：106例患者治疗效果满意。结论：选择合适的患者及麻醉方式是手术成功的关键。【关键词 】 喉；显微外科手术；喉镜检查

【Abstract】Objective：To discuess the clinical use of suspension laryngoscopes in microlarynga surgery. Methods:78 patients with general anaesthesia laryngoscope was inserted through oral cavity to the larynx and microlaryngosurgery was done, 28 patients with local anaesthesia was done.Results: The trentment of 106 patients was well.Conclusions: It is very importment to choice the patients and anaesthesia.
