【摘要】 目前急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory dysfunction syndrome, ARDS)是临床较常见的危重症。在药物辅助治疗等方面的研究虽然有了一些进展，但还没有药物能对ALI/ARDS的治疗有更根本的改变。实验研究与临床观察到抗胆碱药物对急性肺损伤的病情有一定的缓解作用。本文总结了近些年来抗胆碱药物的作用机制，探讨了抗胆碱药物在急性肺损伤预防或治疗中的应用前景。

    Potentiality to treating acute lung injury with anticholine drugs

    【Abstract】 Although there are many new approaches to treatments of acute lung injury (ALI) or acute respiratory dysfunction syndrome (ARDS) with all kinds of drugs, we have not seen any drug which has a definite effects on ALI/ARDS. Anticholine drugs may have some benefit on treating ALI/ARDS. In this paper, we reviewed recent progress of anticholinergic therapies aiming to determine whether some anticholinergic agents be new therapeutic options for ALI/ARDS.
