穿琥宁注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 比较穿琥宁与病毒唑对小儿急性上呼吸道感染(AURI)的疗效。方法 将110例急性上呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为治疗组(穿琥宁组60例)和对照组(病毒唑组50例)。治疗组对症治疗后给予静脉滴注穿琥宁氯化钠注射液10mg/(kg·d)，每日1～2次，3～5天为1个疗程;对照组对症治疗后给予静脉滴注病毒唑10～15mg/(kg·d)，每日1次，3～5天为1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为86.00%，两组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 穿琥宁氯化钠注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染,可显著缩短病程及缓解症状、防止并发症的发生，且疗效确切,优于病毒唑注射液。【关键词】 急性上呼吸道感染;穿琥宁;病毒唑
Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection’s curative effect observation for treating AURI to child

【Abstract】 Objective To compare curative effect that potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate and ribavirin treat acute upper respiratory infection to child.Methods 110 AURI children are randomly divided into 2 groups:remedial group(potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate group 60 cases)and control group(ribavirin group 50 cases).Remedial group:after expectant treatment by phleboclysis potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate and sodium chloride injection 10mg/(kg·d),once to twice daily,three to five days for one period of treatment;control group:after expectant treatment by phleboclysis ribavirin 10mg to 15mg/(kg·d),once daily,three to five days for one period of treatment.Results Remedial group’s total effective rate is 96.67% and control group’s 86.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate and sodium chloride injection treat AURI to child can measurably shorten course of diseases,relief symptom,prevent complicating disease and curative effect,excelled ribavirin injection. ......
