【摘要】 目的 探讨两种不同方法对颅内出血的治疗效果。方法 采用直视下开颅血肿清除术和血肿粉碎针技术微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血。结果 开颅组存活率80.8%，重残率48.1%；微创组存活率92.9%，重残率25.0%。两组相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 微创术治疗脑出血疗效确切，手术创伤小，远期功能恢复满意。
