【摘要】目的：应用循证护理理念,提高精神科护理质量。方法： 根据循证护理理念，同病人需求相结合,获取实证,作为临床护理决策的过程，从而提高护理的质量。结果：实施1年多来使护理质量持续提高,患者对护理人员的综合满意度从原有的86%提高到98%。结论：运用循证护理的理念管理病房，可节省时间，促进护理人员学习的主动性,更新临床知识和技能，为病人提供先进、有效、安全、低耗的护理服务， 提高护士的整体科研素质，从而提高了护理质量。

    The application of evidence-based-nursing for quality of psychiatric nursing

    【Abstract】Objective：To elevate the quality of psychiatric nursing by evidence based nursing(EBN). Methods:The nursing decision was made according the principle of EBN and the demand of the patients.Results: After the application of NBN in our asylum , the quality of care was elevated continuously and the satisfaction ratio of the patients to nursing staff was increased from 86% to 98%.Conclusions: The application of NBN in psychiatric nursing can shorted the work time, promote the study activeness of nursing staff and boost the clinical knowledge, nursing skill and the scientific research capability of nurses. So it can raise the quality of the psychiatric care and provided an advanced, effective and safely nursing service to patients. ......
