摘要：目的：探讨癌基因c-erbB-2及GST-π基因在汕头地区胃癌患者中表达情况，分析癌基因表达与胃癌临床特征之间的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化SP法，检测265例胃癌石蜡包埋的肿瘤蜡块中c-erbB-2基因及GST-π基因表达情况。结果：正常胃粘膜中两种基因均无表达。胃癌组织中c-erbB-2阳性表达比例为65.3%(173/265),基因的表达与肿瘤的大小相关(P<0.01)：肿瘤直径≥4cm者基因表达明显高于直径小的肿瘤患者；临床分期越晚者肿瘤基因表达率越高(P<0.05)；此外基因的表达还与肿瘤的位置相关(P<0.05)；GST-π基因表达阳性率为65.3%(173/265),与肿瘤病理学分型相关(P<0.05)。结论：c-erbB-2基因表达与肿瘤的大小及临床分期相关,也许可以作为肿瘤恶性程度标志物,此外该基因在不同位置发生的肿瘤上表达有差异可以作为一个鉴别手段用于临床病理诊断。

    C-ERBB-2 Expression Research in Gastric Cancer Patients of Shantou City

    Abstract： Objective: To evaluate the expression of c-erbB-2 oncoprotein and the relationship between gene expression and tumor clinical pathological characters in gastric cancer patients in Shantou city , we carry on a IHC research on 265 cases of document paraffin-embedded tumor tissue specimen. Method: Oncoproteins were detected by immunohistochemical method . Result: For gene c-erbB-2 ,its expression is significant different in various diameter tumors(P<0.01) ,and have statistical value in clinical different stage(P<0.05) ,as well as the location of tumor(P<0.05). Conclusion: Expression of gene c-erbB-2 may correlated with malignant tumor and high expression of c-erbB-2 may reflect the more aggressive biological behavior of tumor. C-erbB-2 gene expression may play a role in tumor pathological location diagnose. The higher grade of tumor differentiation the high Gene GST-π expression. ......
