摘要：目的：探讨自护理论在鼻咽癌放、化疗病人中的应用。方法：用美国护理专家奥伦(Orem)的自理学说中二种基本护理方法(支持教育、部分补偿性护理)，指导15例鼻咽癌放、化疗病人,使其调整生活方式并积极进行自我护理。结果：患者能接受自我护理观念，从被动接受治疗、护理，转变为主动参与治疗、护理，能掌握疾病自我护理基本技能。结论：合理而有步骤的应用自护理论,可以指导疾病的护理,提高鼻咽癌放化、疗病人的生活质量。

    Application of Orem Self-care Nursing Theory in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients Radiotherapy and Chemical Therapy

    Abstract： Objective:Using two base nursing methods (supporting education, part compensated nursing) in Orem self-care nursing theory.Method: We provide high efficiency & systematic self-care nursing education for Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, guide 15 cases of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who were taken radiotherapy and chemical therapy. Result: All of them adapting life manner and taking self-care nursing positively, enhance their quality of life, release the pressure of family and society. Conclusion: Self-care nursing has positive promoting effect for enhancing the quality of life for Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who were taken radiotherapy and chemical therapy. ......
