摘要：目的：总结手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法：对60例有移位的胫骨平台骨折切开复位、内固定，骨缺损同时予以植骨。结果：60例患者随访2年，按Merchant评分标准：优良率87.5%。结论：对有移位的胫骨平台骨折手术切开复位内固定，有骨缺损予以植骨。

    Analysis of Operative Treatment of Fracture of Tibial Plateau

    Abstract:Objective:To conclude the curative effect of fractures of the tibial plateau by surgery.Method:To perform open reduction and internal fixation for fractures of the tibial plateau for 60 cases,and allograft implantation for defective fractures.Result:60 cases were followed up for 2 years.The excellent and good rate was 87.5% on merchant grading system.Conclusion:It is optimal to perform open reduction and internal fixation for displaced fracture of the tibial plateau,and allograft implantation for defective fractures.
