摘要：目的：研究二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法：30例经磺脲类和α糖苷酶抑制剂治疗2个月以上的T2DM患者随机分为两组：①二甲双胍组：加用二甲双胍控制血糖；②对照组：加用安慰剂。两组患者在治疗前和治疗12周后均检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、CRP，并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)。结果：二甲双胍组血清CRP、FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平均明显下降, 治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01) , 治疗后二甲双胍组与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P< 0.05)。结论：二甲双胍能够降低T2DM患者的血清CRP 水平，并能够降低T2DM患者胰岛素抵抗性。

    Effect of Metformin on the level of C-reactive Protein in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

    Abstract： Objective: To study the effect of metformin on the serum level of C-reactive protein (CRP) in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated with sulphanylureas and acarbose at least 3 months were randomly divided into 2 groups: ① metformin therapy group: patients received metformin additionally to control blood glucose; ② control group: patients received placebo additionally. In both groups,1 fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS) and CRP were measured before and 14 days after therapy, and insulin resistance indexes (IR) were calculated. Result: Serum CRP, FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR of metformin therapy group before and after therapy were significantly different (P<0.01), and those of metformin therapy group decreased more dramatically than that of control group after therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Metformin can suppress the serum CRP level of type 2 diabetes patients, and it also improves their insulin resistance. ......
