【摘要】 目的 研究ECG按压波形与胸外按压的相关性，及其对胸外按压效果的临床指导意义。方法 随机分为两组。一组使用自动胸外按压心肺复苏器，另一组使用徒手胸外按压。统计胸外按压时ECG按压波形变化。结果 胸外按压方式以及按压深度的不同所形成的ECG按压波形也不同。结论 有效的胸外按压与所形成ECG按压波形有明显的相关性。在心肺复苏胸外按压时监测ECG按压波形对胸外按压效果有明显的临床指导意义。

    Clinic significance of ECG Compress Waves at External Cardiac Compression

    【Abstract】 Objective Study the correlation between external cardiac compress and ECG waves.Investigated the value of ECG compress waves monitoring at external cardiac compression.Methods Patients were divided into two groups:Freehand external cardiac compression group,external cardiac compress using cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument group.ECG compression waves were recorded.Results Different external cardiac compression modes and compress depth made different ECG compress waves.Conclusions External cardiac compression and ECG compress waves have significant correlation.Monitoring of ECG compress waves at external cardiac compression has clinic value. ......
