【摘要】 目的 探讨穿琥宁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法 采用穿琥宁和利巴韦林分组治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎。结果 穿琥宁组显效率66.7%，总有效率98.3%；利巴韦林组显效率34.0%，总有效率62.0%，两组间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，两组止泻时间、平均退热时间、差异有非常显著性(均P<0.01)。结论 穿琥宁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效明显优于利巴韦林。
