老年性白内障术后低视力原因分析

摘要：目的 分析60岁以上老年人白内障术后低视力的主要原因。方法 回顾性分析105例60岁以上老年性白内障术后视力≤0.3者的临床资料,找出影响术后视力的病因。结果 本组低视力病例中37例为角膜病变,21例为视神经萎缩,高度近视黄斑病变15例,糖尿病性视网膜病变11例,老年性黄斑变性8例, 黄斑囊样水肿7例,特发性黄斑裂孔4例,特发性黄斑前膜2例。结论 角膜病变、视神经萎缩及高度近视黄斑病变是导致60岁以上老年人白内障术后低视力的主要原因。关键词：白内障;视力;老年人
The Causative Factors of Hypopsia Following
Cataract Surgery in the Senile Patients

ABSTRACT:Objective To analyse the main causes of the hypopsia following cataract surgery in the senile patients with age over 60.Methods 105 patients whose postoperative vision were under 0.3 after cataract surgery were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among the 105 patients,the postoperative hypopsia were caused by keratopathy in 37,optic nerve atrophy in 21,macularpathy of high myopia in 15, diabetic retinopathy in 11,senile macular degeneration in 8,cystoid macular edema in 7,idiopathic macular hole in 4 and idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane in 2 respectively.Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopaphy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia. ......
