摘要:目的 确定对氧磷酶1(PON1)基因192位GlnArg多态性与陕西地区汉族冠心病(CHD)患者发病之间的关系。方法 对动脉造影确诊的222例冠心病患者和164例非冠心病患者,采用PCR酶切法检测PON1基因192位GlnArg多态性并进行对比分析。结果 陕西地区汉族人群等位基因R和Q频率分别为60.23%和39.77%,其中CHD组RR、QR、QQ基因型分别占41.44%、39.64%、18.92%,对照组RR、QR、QQ基因型分别占35.98%、45.73%、18.29%;CHD组等位基因R频率占61.26%,Q频率占38.74%,对照组的等位基因R频率占58.84%,Q频率占41.56%,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);心肌梗死和非心肌梗死、冠状动脉病变不同程度间等位基因R和Q频率及RR、QR、QQ基因型之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 陕西汉族人群PON1192位GlnArg基因多态性与CHD发病之间无相关性。关键词:冠心病;对氧磷酶;基因多态性;相关性
Clinical study on the relationship between PON1 192 GlnArg polymorphism and Han patients with Coronary heart disease in Shaanxi

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigat the relationship between PON1 192 GlnArg gene polymorphisms and coronary artery lesions in Shaanxi Han Chinese. Methods A total of 222 cases with one or more than two branches narrow (≥50%) and 164 cases with no coronary artery narrow(<30%), were diagnosed by coronary angiography. PON1 192 GlnArg gene polymorphisms were tested by PCRrestriction enzyme digestion in these two groups and analyzed. Results The frequencies of Arg (R) and Gln (Q) in Han population of Shaanxi province were 60.23% and 39.77%, respectively. The frequencies of RR, QR and QQ genotypes of PON in CHD group were 41.44%, 39.64% and 18.92%, respectively; and those in control group were 35.98%, 45.73% and 18.29%, respectively; the frequencies of R and Q allele in CHD group were 61.26% and 38.74%, and those in control group were 58.84% and 41.56%. No differences were found in PON gene GlnArg polymorphisms between myocardial infarction and non infarction groups, and no differences were found among different narrow degrees of coronary artery (P>0.05). Conclusion There was no relationship between PON1 192 GlnArg gene polymorphisms and Shaanxi Han patients with coronary heart disease. ......
