住院患儿家长焦虑水平及相关因素的调查

【摘要】 目的 了解患儿住院期间，家长焦虑程度与相关因素的关系，为护士做健康教育时采取有效的措施提供依据。方法 采用焦虑自评量表，对100例住院患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果 家长焦虑程度与其文化程度、患儿住院时间有关，两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 患儿住院期间，家长存在焦虑，其焦虑程度与家长文化程度和患儿住院时间有关，家长文化程度越低、患儿住院时间越长，焦虑程度越重(P<0.05)。【关键词】 患儿家长;焦虑;相关因素

【Abstract】 Objective To get aware of relationship between parents anxiety and relevant factors during hospitalization of their child,laying foundation for adoption of effective measures in health education.Methods Anxiety selfevaluation measurement was adopted to conduct questionnaire to 100 pairs of parents of hospitalized children.Results Extent of anxiety was related to educational background of the parents and the duration of hospitalization.There was difference when comparing the two groups of different educational background of hospitalized duration.Conclusion Extent of anxiety has something to do with educational background of the parents and the duration of hospitalization.Anxiety is more serious as the education background is lower and the duration of hospitalization is longer. ......
