【摘要】 目的 研究中药祛瘀汤剂治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜、视网膜病变疗效。方法 采用祛瘀汤治疗为主，配合经络注射，辅以维生素口服。结果 67例(78眼)治愈62例(73眼)，占93.6%；显效5例(5眼)，占6.4%。眼药剂数最少15剂，最多54剂。结论 从治疗效果来看，祛瘀汤治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变，缩短了疗效、提高了临床治愈率。
