重工企业女工乳腺B超普查情况分析

     [摘要] 目的：对广州钢铁企业集团公司的女职工进行乳腺常规超声检查，将其结果分析，以探讨其乳腺增生症的检出率与年龄、工种、环境因素的关系。方法：使用GE公司LOGIQ400MR3彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头频率5.0 MHz~9.0 MHz。共对本集团在职女工1 206人的乳腺行常规超声检查。结果：35岁以下和35岁以上乳腺增生症的检出率分别是12.47%、67.88%,P<0.01，白班和夜班者乳腺增生症检出率分别是17.13%、59.37%,P<0.01。结论：年龄在35岁以上以及参加夜班的女工乳腺增生症的发病率明显增高。
