[摘要] 目的 探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清白细胞介素1α(IL-1α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)以及护骨因子(OPG)水平检测的临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测50例RA患者及32例正常对照组血清中IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-17、OPG和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。结果 RA患者IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-17、OPG、和CRP的水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论 IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-17、OPG、CRP在判断RA的活动性以及骨质破坏等方面有较高的敏感性。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the diagnostic value of IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-17 and OPG levels in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients.Methods The levels of IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-17,OPG in 50 RA patients and 32 normal controls(NC)were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA).Results The levels of IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-17 and OPG in RA patients were significantly higher than those in NC simultaneously(P<0.01),the levels of IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-17 and OPG were different between active RA and stable RA.Conclusion IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-17 and OPG are more sensitive parmeters for detecting the activity and bone erosion of rheumatoid arthritis and may play an important role in monitoring the therapeutic effects and prognosis of RA. ......
