【摘要】 目的 探讨酸枣仁中总皂苷快速提取的最佳方法。方法 通过正交试验，以高效液相色谱法作为检测方法，以皂苷含量为检测指标，建立了酸枣仁中总皂苷超声波快速提取的最佳方法。结果 超声波频率27kHz，提取时间30min，提取溶剂75%乙醇，提取温度70℃为最佳提取条件。结论 与索氏提取法以及传统回流方法相比，此法提取时间大大缩短，节省资源，提高了综合提取效率。【关键词】 酸枣仁；酸枣仁皂苷；超声波提取
