【摘要】 目的 提高对隐匿性腹股沟斜疝的术前诊断水平。方法 选择我院1998年10月～2004年8月36例不明原因的腹股沟区疼痛患者行疝囊造影术。结果 36例中，术前明确诊断24例，均获手术证实；另外12例造影阴性者采用其他方法治疗而症状消失。结论 疝囊造影术是筛选隐匿性腹股沟斜疝的一种实用的诊断技术。

    Value of herniography in diagnosing occult indirect inguinal hernia

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve our ability of preoperative diagnoses of occult indirect inguinal hernia.Methods From October 1998 to August 2004,we chose 36 cases with inguinal region pain of unclear cause in our hospital and performed herniagraphy to them.Results In all of 36 cases,24 cases which have been diagnosed definitely before operation were proved by operation.The other 12 cases which showes no signs in herniagraphy had no symtom after treatment by other methods.Conclusion Herniography is a practical diagnostic method for occult indirect inguinal hernia.
