【摘要】 目的 壳聚糖作为澄清剂处理蓝芩提取液的研究。 方法 使用壳聚糖作为澄清剂，考察壳聚糖絮凝澄清效果，主要成分栀子苷为作为含量考察指标，并与醇沉法作对比。 结果 壳聚糖絮凝法能使蓝芩提取液得到良好的澄清效果，主要成分栀子苷损失较小，优于醇沉法。结论 壳聚糖能作为良好的澄清剂代替醇沉法处理蓝芩提取液。

    【Abstract】 Objective Chitosan was used as clarifier in dealing with the extracts of Lanqin. Methods The clarified effect of chitosan was investigated，the content of jasminoidin was determined，and compared with precipitated method by alcohol.Results Good clarified effect was obtained with chitosan，the loss of jasminoidin was comparatively small，which were better than the precipitated method by alcohol. Conclusion Taking the place of alcohol，chitosan could be used as good clarifier to deal with the extracts of Lanqin.
