【摘要】 目的 评价药学监护实施的重要性和紧迫性。方法 采用入户调查形式对铜仁市100户家庭存有药品的详细情况进行调查。 结果 被调查100户家庭共有药品1216种，平均每户家庭有12.2种药品，其中，生产日期在2003年以前的药品占药品品种总量的16.2%，已过有效期药品占药品品种总量的4.6%，外观质量有问题的药品占药品品种总量的5.5%。结论 药师介入社会及家庭用药并参与社会及家庭用药的管理是必须的。药学监护的实施，可促进药物的合理使用，减少药物不良反应，显著改善患者生活质量，减少药物资源的浪费。加快药学监护的实施具有重要性和紧迫性。
