     【摘要】自1918年Bazetts进行了39例年轻受试者ECG分析，得出了校正QT间期。80年来研究报告均没有统一标准。另外，还有许多因素影响QTd值。本文根据文献复习，证实了QT离散度(QTd)的变化在心血管疾病如冠心病、高血压、心律失常等方面，有其一定的临床意义。

    【Abstract】 In the 1918’s,Bazetts studied from thirty-nine consecutive younger patients. There were no cardiovascular asymptomatie all population underwent 12 lead ECG recording. The result is correction QTd. But past studies have not yet been established akinesia criteria. In addition, multiple factors influenced by age, sex and so on. This paper review cilinical significance of upon cardiovascular disease as well as coronary artery disease,hypertension,arrhythmia etc.
