【摘要】 目的 探讨小创伤及低费用治疗硬膜外血肿的方法。方法 在CT引导下，微创锥颅及用血肿液化剂清除硬膜外血肿。结果 微创锥颅清除硬膜外血肿25例效果满意，费用低。结论 较传统的直接开颅手术或保守治疗，微创锥颅硬膜外血肿清除具有创伤小，住院时间短，费用低，操作简便，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the method of the small invasive and the low expense treating epidural hematoma.Methods Under the guidance of CT, micro-wound cones cranium and using hematoma- liquefier clearing epidural hematoma.Results Micro-wound cones cranium clears the 25 examples of epidural hematoma and the result is satisfied,the expense is low.Conclusion Compared to the tradition directly to hold the skull surgery or the conservative treatment ,the clearance of micro-wound cones cranium has the virtue of slight wound,short hospitalized time,low expense,simple operation and worthy promoting.
