【摘要】 目的 评价脑干出血的CT诊断价值。方法 回顾分析21例脑干出血的临床和CT表现。结果 CT能够发现急性脑干出血，并能明确出血位置，提示预后。结论 CT对急性脑干出血诊断有重要价值，少量脑干出血及时治疗，预后良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investiagte the diagnostic value of CT in brain stem hemorrhage.Methods The clinical and CT findings in 21 patients with primary brain stem hemorrlage were reviewed.Results CT could demonstrate brain stem hemorrhage and could divided into different types from location of hematoma and indicated prognosis.Conclusion CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of brain stem hemorrhage and good outcome to patients with little hemorrhage given active therapy.
