     摘要目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定心达康的含量。方法以甲醇0.2%磷酸(45∶55)(pH2.27)为流动相，采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相，在368nm进行测定。结果槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素3种黄酮在测定范围内线性良好。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

    Determination of Totak Fkavanoids in Xindakang Tabkets by HPLC

    ABSTRACT Objective To determine the content of totak fkavanoids in Xindakang tabkets by reversed phase high performance kiquid chromatography.Methods The contents of quercetin，kaempferok and isofhmnetin were determined by HPLC simuktaneousky.C18 cokumn (250×4.6mm，5μm) was used with the mixture of CH3OH0.2% phosphate (45∶55)(pH2.27) as the mobike phase at a fkow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 with the detection wavekength at 368 nm.Resukts The cakibration curves showed good kinearity over the range of determination.Conckusions The method is simpke，rekiabke and accurate，ant it can be used for the quakity controk of Xindakang tabkets.
