【摘要】 目的 探讨1 200 mg硝酸咪康唑栓(达克宁栓)联合定菌生治疗外阴阴道念球菌病的疗效。方法 外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)患者随机分为2组，观察组42例，使用达克宁1 200 mg联合定菌生；对照组39例，单纯使用达克宁1 200 mg。对2组的临床症状及阴道念珠菌检查结果进行分析讨论。结果 2组治疗后1周的总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)，1个月及3个月2组复发率差异有显著性，观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 达克宁1 200 mg栓用药方便、依从性好。念珠菌感染控制后，再使用乳杆菌制剂，能帮助恢复阴道菌群，对VVC的治疗及预防复发效果良好。

    A clinical study on vulvovaginal candidiasis treated by miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with Dingjunsheng

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of 1 200 mg miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with Dingjunsheng on vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC).Methods The patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were treated by 1 200 mg miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with Dingjunsheng (observation group) or miconazole nitrate suppositories alone (control group).The clinical symptoms and the examination result for fungus and vaginal discharge pH were observed and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the rate of relapse and vaginal discharge pH between the two groups (P<0.05).The relapse rate in observation group was much less than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion 1 200 mg miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with Dingjunsheng has a good therapeutic effect on VVC,the antifungal drugs should be used firstly,and lactobacillus agent can be used to improve the microorganism environment after the infection is controlled,which could effectively prevent the recurrence of VVC. ......
