辛伐他汀对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究辛伐他汀对小鼠肝癌细胞H22抑瘤作用的影响。方法 采用小鼠H22肝癌细胞实体瘤模型进行体内抑瘤实验，观察荷瘤动物的生长情况和肿瘤生长曲线，测定肿瘤生长抑制率，以及生存期的改变。结果 辛伐他汀对小鼠的H22实体瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用，抑瘤率达50%以上。未发现生存期的改变。结论 辛伐他汀具有较强的体内抗肿瘤作用。【关键词】 辛伐他汀;抑瘤作用;H22肝癌细胞系
Experimental study on antineoplastic effect of simvastatin in mice with tumor

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antineoplastic effect of simvastatin in mice with H22 liver cancer.Methods The H22 liver cancer model in mice was used in the study.The growth state,hepatocellular growth kinetics,inhibitary rate for tumor growth and survival time of mice with tumor were observed.Results Simvastain had obvious inhibitory effect on tumor growth in mice with H22 liver carcinoma,inhibitory rate for tumor growth reached over 50%.The change of survival time was not found.Conclusion Simvastatin has obvious antineoplastic effect in vivo. ......
