【摘要】 目的 观察奥美拉唑镁片对中毒患者洗胃后急性胃粘膜损伤的防治效果。方法 将103例口服毒物急性中毒患者随机分为2组，治疗组除给予解毒剂和补液对症治疗外，在彻底洗胃后给予奥美拉唑镁片首剂40 mg加温开水100 ml灌胃，次日起口服，每日1次，每次20 mg,疗程1周；对照组只给予洗胃、解毒剂和对症补液治疗。测定2组治疗前和治疗后3 d及1周后的胃液pH值，同时进行粪便潜血试验；治疗1周后作胃镜观察。结果 治疗后两组胃液pH值上升和粪便潜血试验阳性结果及治疗1周后胃镜观察结果差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 对口服毒物中毒患者急救的同时，早期应用奥美拉唑镁片治疗，能有效地预防和治疗中毒患者洗胃后急性胃粘膜损伤。

    Efficacy observation on omeprazole tablets in preventing acute gastric mucous injury after gastric lavage

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of omeprazole tablets on acute gastric mucous injury after gastric lavage.Methods 103 patients with acute food poisoning were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in treatment group were treated by supporting therapy combined with toxicide and clysis,besides 40 mg omperazole tablets were taken after thoroughly gastric lavage,once a day,20 mg once from next day,with a treatment course of one week;the patients in control group were treated only by gastric lavage,toxicide and suited clysis.The pH in gastric liquid was detected for both groups before treatment and 3 days and 7 days after treatmnet,at the same time stool occult blood test was done,gastroscope examination was performed 7 days after treatment.Results There were significant differences in pH of gastric liquid,stool occult blood test and gastroscope examination 7 days after treatment between the two groups.Conclusion Early application of omeprazole can effectively prevent and treat acute gastric mucous injury after gastric lavage. ......
