更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎的疗效评价

【摘要】 目的 探讨更昔洛韦(ganciclovir,GCV)治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性(cytomegaloviras,CMV)肝炎的疗效及副作用。方法 将30例确诊为CMV肝炎患儿(治疗组)予以GCV治疗，同时辅以护肝、退黄、补充维生素等综合治疗；另设2000年前确诊的CMV肝炎20例为对照组，仅予以综合治疗。结果 GCV治疗可使血CMVIgM的阴转率达80.0%，在降低转氨酶、肝脏回缩、黄疸消退等方面明显优于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组中出现白细胞及血小板降低的比例分别为13%、3%，无其他毒副作用。结论 GCV治疗CMV肝炎疗效好，仅少数出现白细胞、血小板降低，近期内无其他毒副作用。【关键词】 更昔洛韦；巨细胞病毒；肝炎；婴儿
Therapeutic effect of ganciclovir on infantile cytomegalovirushepatitis

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and side effects of ganciclovir on infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis.Methods 30 infants with cytomegalovirus hepatitis in treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by ganciclouir.20 infants who were identified as cytomegalovirus hepatitis before the end of 2000 in control group were treated only by routine therapy.Results In treatment group the CMVIgM negative rate was 80.0%.The treatment group was superior to control group in jaundice fadingaway,liver withdraw and transaminase decrease (P<0.05).The white blood cell in 13% cases and platelet in 3% cases were decreased in treatment group,without other side effects.Conclusion Ganciclovir is a quite ideal drug in treating infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis.The decrease of white blood cell and platelet only happens in few cases,without other side effects in the near future. ......
