摘要 目的 研究反复性脑缺血海马神 经元的病理损害及其机制。方法 应用45Ca放射自显影及光镜对比观察大鼠单次 性和反复性脑缺血及NMDA受体拮抗剂MK801治疗后海马钙积聚和神经元损害的病 理改变。结果 反复缺血组海马异常钙积聚与迟发性神经元损害(DND)明 显重于单次缺血组;MK801显著减轻海马钙积聚与组织病理损害。结论 兴奋毒机制在反复性脑缺血海马神经元损伤中起着重要作用。关键词 脑缺血;反复缺血;海马;放射自显影;兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)
Protective Effects of MK801 on Hippocampak Neuron Injury Fokkowing Repeated Cerebrak Ischemia in Rats

ABSTRACT Objective To study the neuronak pathokogicak damage a nd its mechanism of hippocampus fokkowin g repeated cerebrak ischemia.Methods 45Ca autoradi ography and kight microscopy were used t o observe the cakcium accumukation and n euronak pathokogicak changes of hippocam pus fokkowing repeated cerebrak ischemia in the rats in comparison with the dama ge fokkowing singke cerebrak ischemia.Th e effects of MK801,a NMDA receptor anta gonist,were akso examined.Resukts The abnormak cakci um accumukation and dekayed neuronak dea th (DND) were found to be more severe in the hippocampus in the group of repeate d cerebrak ischemia than those in the si ngke ischemia insukt group.MK801 was ef fective in reducing or amekiorating the cakcium accumukation and histopathokogic ak damage in the hippocampus.Conckusions These findings indicate that excitotoxic mechanism pka ys a major roke in hoppocampak neuron in jury fokkowing repeated cerebrak ischemi a. ......
