【摘要】 目的 观察三勒浆抗疲劳液对慢性疲劳大鼠模型的多因素影响作用，为深入探讨其药理学作用的机制奠定基础。方法 采用长时间反复强迫大鼠游泳及束缚四肢(限制大鼠的活动)法，造成慢性疲劳的大鼠模型，悬尾法及力竭游泳法考查模型动物行为学指标，并采用ELISA法测定其细胞因子IL-1b、IL-6及神经递质5-HT。结果 空白对照组动物一般情况、行为学观察及IL-1b、IL-6、5-HT等多项指标与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)，证明模型成立。而三勒浆抗疲劳液具有改善造模大鼠一般情况及行为学指标的作用。同时上调血清中IL-1b及脑组织中5-HT，与模型对照组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 用强迫大鼠游泳(30min/d)及束缚四肢法(3h/d)造模，所形成的慢性疲劳大鼠模型更趋向于因心理应激所形成的机体症状性疲劳模型，三勒浆抗疲劳液对此种慢性疲劳大鼠模型的一般情况、行为学指标均有明显的改善作用，对IL-1b、5-HT的上调，可能为其药理学作用机理。

    Using chronic fatigue rat model to investigate the pharmacologic mechanism of Sanajon oral liquid

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of chronic fatigue rat model which influenced by Sanajon oral liquid, to study the pharmacology mechanism. Methods Adopt force rat swim and bondage on four limbs repeatedly , to cause rat chronic fatigue ; By hanging rat tail and swimming exhaust physical strength approach, to observe rat ethology changes; Utilizing ELISA method, examination cytokine IL-1b, IL-6 and 5-HT.Results Comparing control group with chronic fatigue model group, there have significance difference about rat general condition, ethology changes, IL-1b, IL-6 in serum and 5-HT in brain(P<0.05 or P<0.01). At the same time, all of above examination item can be improve by Sanajon oral liquid(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion This kind of chronic fatigue rat model have more psychological stress which induce to psychological fatigue, Sanajon oral liquid can improve model rat’s general condition, ethology changes, IL-1b, IL-6 in serum and 5-HT in brain. ......
