[摘 要] 目的：探讨护理干预对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的依从性及疾病康复的影响，并寻找护理对策，达到促进患者康复，减少复发的目的。方法：将92例消化性溃疡患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组46例，分别给予综合性护理干预和常规护理，比较两组患者对治疗的依从性、治疗效果、复发率。结果：干预组患者的依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)，且干预组患者治疗有效率高，复发率低。结论：有效、系统的护理干预可提高患者的依从性，从而促进消化性溃疡患者的康复，减少复发。[关键词] 消化性溃疡；依从性；康复
Nursing Invention's Influence on the Compliance and Rehabilitation of Peptic Ulcer Patients

Abstract:Objective To observe nursing intervention's influence on the compliance and rehabilitation of helicobacter pylori(HP) positive patients,find out nursing counter measure,facilitate the patients' rehabilitating and reduce the recurrence of peptic ulcer.Methods 92 peptic ulcer patients were divided randomly into intervention group and control group,46 patients in each one.Comprehensive nursing and routine nursing were given respectively to intervention group and control group,observe the difference in compliance to therapy,therapeutic efficacy and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results For the intervention group patients,the compliance scores are higher(P<0.05),the therapeutic efficacy are better,the recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group patients.Conclusion Efficient comprehensive nursing can rise the peptic ulcer patients' compliance,thereby facilitate the rehabilitation of the patients,reduce recurrence rate of peptic ulcer. ......
