[摘 要] 目的：通过对阴道镜拟诊结果和病理诊断结果的比较，评价阴道镜检查对宫颈疾病，尤其是对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的诊断价值。方法：对我院2004年2月至2005年3月间就诊的其中235例病人行阴道镜检和阴道镜下活检。结果：阴道镜对宫颈疾病的拟诊结果与病理诊断结果的完全符合率为79.15%，阴道镜拟诊为CIN及病理诊断为CIN的符合率为72.41%。阴道镜拟诊CIN的敏感性为92.06%，特异性为83.14%，阳性预测值为66.67%，阴性预测值为96.62%。结论：阴道镜对宫颈疾病的拟诊结果与病理诊断结果有较高的符合率，对CIN也具有较高的诊断价值，是适合CIN筛查的方法。阴道镜检查与病理诊断有一定的相关性，同时存在一定的差异，二者有机结合可提高宫颈疾病诊断的准确性。[关键词] 阴道镜检查；宫颈疾病；CIN
Evaluation of Colposcopy Examination in the Diagnosis of Cervical Diseases

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of cervical diseases,especially of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) by comparison of the results of colposcopy examinations and pathological biopsies.Methods Colposcopy examinations and biopsies were performed on 235 cases between Feberary 2004 and March 2005 in people's hospital in Qinshui.Results The complete coincidence rate of results by colposcopy examinations and biopsies was 79.15%;The one of diagnosed CIN by colposcopy examinations and biopsies was 72.41%;The sensitivity in diagnosis of CIN by colposcopy examinations was 92.06%,specificity was 83.14%,positive predictive value was 66.67% and negative predictive value was 96.62%.Conclusion The results of colposcopy examinations had a high coincidence rate with those of biopsies.The colposcopy examination has a high value in the diagnosis of cervical diseases,especially of CIN,which is a suitable method for CIN screening.There were not only correlativity but differences in colposcopy examination and biopsy.The colposcopy examination combined with biopsy will increase the accuracy in diagnosis of cervical diseases. ......
