    Abstract

    AIM: To clone rat pim-3 cDNA and construct its eukaryotic expressing plasmid, and to investi-gate the expression of pim-3 and its effect on the apoptosis in SMMC-7721 cells.

    METHODS: Total RNA was isolated from rat skeletal muscle tissues with TRIzol method. pim-3 cDNA was obtained by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and constructed into eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N2, which expressed green fluorescent protein ......
