【摘要】 目的 评价左旋咪唑搽剂外涂加α-2a干扰素局封对预防尖锐湿疣复发的治疗效果。方法 本科应用左旋咪唑加干扰素治疗68例尖锐湿疣患者,与对照组干扰素肌注作比较。结果 治疗组复发率10.29%，对照组复发率31.11%，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 左旋咪唑搽剂外涂加干扰素局封能提高尖锐湿疣的远期治愈率，减少复发。

    【Abstract】 Objective To appraise the clinical efficiency of levamisole liniment and α-2a interferon to prevent condyloma acuminatum recurrence.Methods We jointly applies levamisole liniment and α-2a interferon to cure 68 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients,and compares with the interferon intramuscular injection group.Results The recurrence rate of treatment group is 13.21%,and the comparison group is 27.43%, the two groups have the remarkable difference(P<0.05). Conclusion It can enhances the curative rate and redurce recurs by jointly applies with leavmisole liniment and α-2a interferon for local cure condylona acumintum.
