【摘要】 目的 探讨选择不同剖宫产术式的利弊。方法 对于2001年11月～2006年3月二次剖宫产者，随机分为2组，一组为简化剖宫产史者，另一组为常规子宫下段剖宫产史者。两组在手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、手术总时间、术中出血量、腹腔粘连状况、子宫切口愈合情况、术后排气时间、术后病率、术后拆线时间方面进行分析和比较。结果 简化剖宫产史者手术总时间短、腹腔粘连轻、子宫切口愈合好、拆线时间早。结论 简化剖宫产术值得推广应用。
