     [摘要] 目的探讨经结膜入路摘除肌锥内海绵状血管瘤的手术方法、手术适应证、手术技巧及并发症。方法回顾性分析自1997年5月以来我院手术治疗的海绵状血管瘤22例，其中15例肌锥内海绵状血管瘤经结膜入路手术。结果经结膜入路摘除肌锥内海绵状血管瘤15例，手术顺利，无明显并发症。结论结膜入路是摘除肌锥内海绵状血管瘤的一种安全、有效的手术方法，关键在于术前对肿瘤性质、粘连程度的正确判断和手术操作的技巧。

    Transconjunctival surgical extraction of intraconal orbital cavernous hemangiomas

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the methods,indication and operative skill of transconjunctival surgical extraction of intraconal orbital cavernous hemangiomas.Methods A retrospective study of 22 patients with orbital cavernous hemangiomas was performed at the First Peoples Hospital of Jiaozuo City from May 1997.Transconjunctival approach was used in 13 tumors of 13 cases.Results Fifteen intraconal orbital cavernous hemangiomas were removed by transconjunctival approach successfully.There was no severe complications.Conclusion Transconjunctival approach is a safe,effective surgical methods for removal of intraconal orbital cavernous hemangiomas.It is very important to establish and check the diagnosis,adhesion of tumors and operative skill. ......
