【摘要】 目的 总结经尿道前列腺电切手术经验，提高手术质量。方法 回顾分析2000～2005年100例前列腺增生患者TURP资料。年龄55～83岁，平均65.6岁。术前B超测定前列腺体积32.1～156.5ml，平均56.2ml。剩余尿量(RU)50～150ml，平均72ml。IPSS评分平均21分。结果 99例患者手术效果满意，1例手术进行10min因设备故障改行开放手术。切除前列腺组织平均36.5g，电切时间平均56min，术中输血2例，无尿道电切综合征(TURS)发生。100例患者随访2～15个月，排尿通畅，夜尿症状缓解，IPSS评分平均7分。结论 周密术前准备、娴熟手术技巧、正规手术操作、细心术后管理是保证疗效满意的基础，使TURP规范化，可进一步提高TURP质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of transurethral resection of the prostate, improve the quality of operation.Methods The data of 100 patients between the year of 2000～2005 with prostatic hyperplasia were retrospectively studied based on mastering of TURP. The patients age ranged from 55～83 years,with a mean of 65.6 years. Preoperatively,the volume of the prostate was 32.1～156.5 ml,with a mean of 56.2 ml,measured by color Doppler B-ultrasound.The residual urinary volume (RU) was 50～150 ml,with a mean of 72 ml.The average IPSS was 21.Results TURP was successfully performed on 99 cases,1 case was treated by opening-operation after 10 minute because of the equipment failure.The average resected prostate tissue weight was 36.5 g. The average electric ablation time was 56 minutes.Intraoperative blood transfusion was performed in 2 cases.No transurethral resection syndrome (URS) occurred. The 100 patients were followed up for 2～15 months,they micturate freely.The symptom of night-urination mend well.The average IPSS was 7.Conclusion In front of after the thorough technique prepares, the adept surgery is skilful, the regular surgery operates, the plan of the management is guarantees curative effect satisfaction the foundation.
