干扰素联合无环鸟苷、维生素C治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的实验研究

     [摘要] 目的通过动物实验研究干扰素(滴宁眼液)联合无环鸟苷眼液、维生素C治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的疗效。方法在Hep-2(喉癌)细胞上进行单纯疱疹病毒-I型(HSV-1)接种培养，制作兔HSK模型。结果联合治疗组分别与种毒对照组、无环鸟苷组、干扰素组相比，角膜上皮病变分值差异有显著性(P<0.05)；平均治愈时间：联合治疗组为(10.3±0.9)天，干扰素组为(13.7±0.51)天，无环鸟苷组为(13.4±0.583)天；病理结果：联合治疗组角膜上皮及基质病变程度同期比明显轻于其他3组。结论干扰素与无环鸟苷、维生素C联合应用治疗HSK能增强药物的抗病毒作用、抑制HSV复制、提高机体的免疫力，与单独使用干扰素(滴宁眼液)、无环鸟苷眼液相比，提高了疗效，缩短了病程，取得了较满意的效果。

    Study on treating herpes simplex keratitis with interferon, acyclovir and vitamin C

    [Abstract] Objective To study the rapeutic effect of IFN and ACV,VitC on eyes of rabbit herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) models.Methods Herpes simplex virusI(HSV1) was propagated and quantitated on Hep2 cells so that rabbit models of HSK could be made.Results Compared with the other groups,the corneal epithelial involvement score of the IFN+ACV+VitC group had remarkable difference. The curative time： the IFN+ACV+VitC group was (10.3±0.9) days,the IFN group was (13.7±0.51) days,and the ACV group was (13.4±0.583) days.Results of pathological records:The development of cornea disease of IFN combined with ACV,VitC was lighter than that of the other groups.Conclusion The antivirus effect was stronger when the interferon and acyclovir,vitamin C were used together.The response to treatment of IFN combined with ACV,VitC was better than attained with ACV,IFN alone.The curative time was shorter and the curative effect was better. ......
