【摘要】 目的 强调外科手术在颈淋巴结结核综合治疗中的重要性。方法 对外科手术后176例颈淋巴结结核病例进行回顾性分析。结果 Ⅰ期愈合132例，Ⅱ期愈合44例，随访3～10年无复发。结论 外科手术对颈淋巴结结核病人具有疗效确切，痛苦少，切口愈合时间短，疤痕小，切口美观，治愈率高等优点，是一种具有推广实用价值的理想治疗方法。
