摘要：目的：探讨无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)II型呼吸衰竭的护理特点。方法：通过对收治的50例肺部疾患(COPD)II型呼吸衰竭患者进行无创机械通气治疗与护理，观察临床效果。结果：50例患者中36例(治愈率72%)康复出院，无效的14例中有5例气管插管通气，有4例死亡。结论：COPDII型呼吸衰竭应用无创通气治疗临床效果好，在护理上注意必要的治疗前准备，治疗中严密观察血气、生命体征、神志、呼吸机的工作状况以及并发症的监护是无创通气的护理重点。

    Application of Air with out Hurt and Nursing for Patient of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with II Breath Prostrate

    Abstract：Objective: To discuss nursing characteristic of COPD II with breath prostrate .Method: To observe clinical effect on 50 cases of COPD with II Breath prostrate were cured and nursed by mechanical air with out hurt. Result: In 50 cases, 30 cases had healed.( cure ratio 72%). In 14 invalid cases, 5 cases had trachea aerating by intubatton. 4 cases died. Conclusion: Clinical effect that COPD with II breath prostrate is applied with air with out hurtis well. Before treatment, noticed essential preparative for nursing. In curing, strictly observe the status of vigour, body character, mind and the breath machine. complication guardianship is nursing emphases of air with out hurt . ......
