消疸汤治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察自拟消疸汤治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法 新生儿高胆红素血症155例，随机分为2组。对照组77例，单纯采用西医常规治疗；治疗组78例，采用自拟消疸汤口服配合西医常规治疗。观察2组治疗后第3日、第6日血清胆红素值下降情况。结果 治疗组治疗后第3日、第6日胆红素值分别为(185.16±53.93)、(106.71±59.25)μmol/L；对照组分别为(215.9±94.76)、(138.67±73.39)μmol/L。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 消疸汤配合西医常规治疗新生儿高胆红素血症，皮肤黄疸消退迅速，疗程缩短，且无毒副作用。【关键词】 高胆红素血症；婴儿，新生；消疸汤
Clinical observation of Xiaodan Decoction on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn ZHANG Liyun, GUO Suping, XIANG Zhifeng, et al. Department of Pediatrics, Yutian County Hospital, Hebei, Yutian 064100
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaodan Decoction on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods 155 newborn with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into two groups.Seventyseven patients in the control group were treated only with western routine method. Seventyeight patients in the treatment group were administered orally Xiaodan Decoction with the western routine treatment.The values of bilirubin in the third and the sixth day were evaluated in both groups.Results The values of bilirubin in the third and the sixth day were(185.16±53.93)μmol/L and (106.71±59.25)μmol/L in the treatment group and (215.9±94.76)μmol/L and (138.67±73.39)μmol/L respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaodan Decoction combined western routine treatment on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn has a definite effect. ......
